There are several performance and aesthetic features that enhance the exterior of the Boulevard S40 cruiser, including a flat handle bar design, front fork guards (to protect the fork tubes, dust seal, and oil seal), an upper fork bracket with a clear coat finish, 4 way emergency flashers, and super bright turn signals that are multi reflector. The wheel base is just a little under 5 feet.
