It has one rooftop air conditioners, and an LP furnace for heat. It has a 30 amp electric system, a 6 gallon water heater, and a micro quiet onan 4K generator.

The minnie winnie floor plan on this one is nice! It has a rear kitchen and rear bathroom. It also has one slide out room. For entertainment on the road it has am/fm/cd/cassette player, and a tv compartment which is cable ready. The kitchen area is loaded with appliances. There is a refrigerator and freezer by Norcold, a microwave oven by Samsung, an oven by Magic Chef with a three burner stove top and a hood with light and a fan, a dinette booth, and a double sink. In the living area there is a Jack Knife Sofa, a loft bunk with ladder, and a double door wardrobe closet with mirrors. There are also extra storage drawers underneath. The bathroom is also pretty nice, as it has a shower, sink, and toilet as standard features, with a skylight and exhaust fan as additional features.
