'75 Chevrolet Corvette Car Details
Selling my 1975 corvette convertible. Comes with the soft top and hardtop. This was the last year for the stingrays to have a convertible style. Odometer reads about 33,000 miles from original 350 cu. in. engine. Car has been adult driven since I purchased it in 2001. Shift kit added to original automatic transmission. Frame is straight and body has never been hit. Steering wheel is tilt/telescopic. Original engine has been replaced with a street/strip package. It is a 4 bolt main block 383 stroker crate engine that was built by Pat Musi/Holley out of Carteret, NJ. with engraved valve covers also. 383 engine has approximately 2, 000 miles on it. Engine was dyno'ed at 458 h/p with 420 ft. lbs. torque. Headers were installed at same time as engine. Moroso wire set. Forged piston design allows for a 10:1 compression ratio under sustained engine loads on 92-octane fuel. Manley high flow 2.02 and 1.60 stainless steel valves, P/S, P/B, P/W all work. Soft top was replaced 4 years ago along with weatherproofing package. Paint job was done in Florida by previous owner prior to my buying vehicle and is in decent condition. Air conditioner unit is not hooked up as I am not a fan of air in a convertible. A/M,F/M,C/D player installed as were speakers in front. Headlight actuators were both replaced in 2005. Heavy duty radiator replaced in 2006. Odometer is not currently connected. Clock does not work. Interior needs some work. Drivers seat has a tear left to right. Rugs and mats should be replaced. New battery, new brake calipers, new front stabilizer bar done in 2010. Following done in 2011: Frame bushings replaced, Holley fuel pump and lines replaced, New gas cap, Oil change 20/50 oil, new brake pads front and rear, new valve cover gaskets , new speedometer cable, new front stabilizer, passenger seat belt bolted with seat belt, new horn switch on center console by knee, windshield wiper motor repaired with new blades, radiator flush and fill, headlights adjusted, replaced U joints in rear, power steering pulley reset If interested, call 732-420-2505 to set up appointment.
